Well, what can we say but that the first major event in Calgary after it was announced that Calgary is the most cultured city in Canada is our Red Dress Run.

I was planning to tell bystanders that we were transvestites supporting the local Liberal candidate in the election but the Liberals did not provide a candidate in the riding so Canadian Transvestites from Edmonton supporting Obama had to do. Thanks to Edmonchuck for such a large turnout and support.

In this case, a picture is worth a thousand words as the scribe got polluted and left early and cannot comment on the auction and party afterwards. So enjoy the photos. The Duke of Hurl in a mini skirt, what a sight for one to see.

We did stop traffic on the TransCanada highway as well as cause a break up between two SAIT students. Talk about a well organized hash = 4 beer stops for most, more for a few others. King Shits backyard and ability to influence his neighbors has suffered a mortal blow.

Highlights from canvassing the local residents included getting a 25 cent donation from a 4 year old girl selling lemonade by the sidewalk and then giving her a dollar for all her popcorn. Hyena did snag a $50 donation from a family man — just stay away from my family, take the money and go.

And did some of the guys try to be more girlie than the girls. Check out photos of Inspector Butt, the new guy from Hogtown and Dastardly.

Kit's provided a first class meal as well as cold beer and hospitality as per normal. This time we really confused their normal clientele what with all those ugly women leaving the men's bathroom.

Just about everyone at the hash worked hard to make this event a success and it sure was. The hash raised more than $4,000.00 (the official total to be proclaimed once Dr. phil finishes putting all those coins into rolls) for the Canadian Diabetes Association. Thanks to all who donated items for the auctions. Special awards to Twisted Sister, the Hares, Dr Phil for all the work. So, well done everyone of us and looking forward to next year.

On-On!

Hyena
